We will be running our own events at The Sundial Kitchen, and we also offer catering for private dining and events. If you would like to hold a dinner or event at The Sundial Kitchen, please do get in touch, and we will provide you with a bespoke menu. Gyoza Masterclasses: 16th November, 11th January, 8th February, 22nd February

Come to the fabulous Sundial Kitchen in Southville and learn how to prep, roll and cook traditional Japanese gyoza. 

This class will give you the necessary techniques and skills to create delicious Japanese dumplings, along with a number of other building blocks essential to Japanese cuisine.

You will leave the class with your own batch of gyoza to cook at home as well as recipes for everything that you've created on the day.

 

Japanese pantry essentials will be available to purchase at the end of the class.

Good Vibes Veg Vegan Roast: 8th December

Enjoy a tasty vegan roast with all the trimmings, funky music and good vibes to warm your soul this winter.

Join us at The Sundial Kitchen on Sunday 8th December, for a hearty vegan roast with all the trimmings. We'll add a touch of sunshine to the festive season with a blend of reggae, funk and soul on the sound system. Bring along pals or make some news ones and while away a lazy Sunday with some good food and good vibes. 

Pick your slot, either 12pm-2pm or 2.30pm-4.30pm, and please book in advance so we can cater to the right numbers.

The venue is BYOB.

Daupur Kayu Pan Asian Cuisine Pop-Ups - new dates to be added

These vibrant and fun pop-ups are happening regularly at The Sundial Kitchen, the creation of Harpini Zakaria and Sangeeta Vasu Millar. Come along and taste some delicious food from 5-8.30pm.

Baby-led weaning lunch: Date TBC

Come and join us at the Sundial Kitchen for a fun and informative morning learning to make a healthy and delicious lunch to be shared afterwards with you and your baby.

 

This is a fun and relaxed session ideal for those thinking about doing BLW, those just starting out with BLW and those already doing BLW! Learn more about Baby-Led Weaning, get new recipe ideas and meet like-minded people!

 

Date: TBC

Time: 11am – 1pm

Venue: The Sundial Kitchen, St Francis Road, Bristol, BS3 1JP

Cost: £12 for one adult and one baby

We will be making tuna and potato croquettes, and fruit and nut sugar-free muffins.

 

A bit about us:

 

Abby has worked at many cookery events at The Sundial Kitchen and is a keen cook and baker. Currently on maternity leave, she is doing Baby-Led Weaning with her own baby who is now 10 months old, which she is thoroughly enjoying, and she hopes to be able share her experience through this fun and relaxed session.

 

Sarah has recently retired from 21 years as a midwife and breastfeeding specialist, and is looking forward to spending more time working on events such as this for The Sundial Kitchen where she can combine two of her favourite things: babies and cooking!  

Tofu Making Workshop: 2nd February 2020
