For the last past 10 years, Chloë lived and worked in London, and for five years ran a private catering company. Since then she has worked in numerous cafes and restaurants, as well as being a private chef both here and abroad. She became disillusioned with the amount of waste in the catering industry, and will be running her own events, catering and supper clubs, often using rescued and surplus food from around Bristol.
Chloë is in charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen, hire of the space, and is the chef for supper clubs and event catering. To get in touch please email
Abby has been working in the charity sector and in marketing, and has experience organising events, overseeing logistics and managing operations. She has worked together with Chloë on many dinners, supper clubs and weddings.
She has recently had a baby so is currently on maternity leave.
